The Solution.
- Built on Next.js 15 App Router with full server-component architecture — eliminating unnecessary client-side JavaScript and achieving a Lighthouse performance score of 99 on mobile. Every route is statically generated at build time, served via Vercel's Edge Runtime for sub-second global delivery.
- An MDX-powered technical blog with a 12-week, 24-article content calendar targeting high-value Irish search queries — 'web design Ireland', 'WordPress developer Ireland', 'Shopify developer Ireland' — structured to compound organic traffic over time. Each post includes correct meta data, Article schema, and internal linking architecture.
- Local SEO built into the URL and page structure from day one: dedicated location pages for Dublin and Co. Louth, each with LocalBusiness schema, FAQPage schema, and geographically differentiated copy targeting the primary search queries in each market.
